Constance Glenn Tolbert, RN, MNEd., CLNC, resides in Pittsburg, California. Constance is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant serving East Contra Costa County, in California. She received her Certified Legal Nurse Consulting certification from the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants in 2005. Constance has reviewed thousands of medical records in her 40 years of nursing experience.
Constance has an extensive nursing background to include areas of clinical practice in critical care units, medical-surgical units, home health departments, utilization review, case management, quality assurance, and discharge planning.
She is the former owner of Seniors Helping Seniors Home Care in East Contra Costa County.
Constance earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, her Master of Nursing in Education Specialization at the University of Phoenix, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and she has served 12 years in the United States Army Nurse Corps.
